Angie Thomson

Principal

Angie Thomson has been working with agencies and communities for more than 20 years, taking pride in the role she plays in helping make progress on some of the region’s toughest challenges. Angie has deep roots in the Pacific Northwest as a fourth generation Washingtonian, and today makes her home in Tacoma.

Angie is an exceptional facilitator and strategic communicator working with communities, public agencies and policy makers. Her experience spans a range of sectors, including natural resources, transportation, marine science and cleanup. Angie works with groups to build relationships, find areas of common ground, make space for many voices and help identify a path forward.

Elizabeth Faulkner

Principal

Elizabeth Faulkner has been helping clients solve complex challenges for more than two decades. She brings a depth of experience in the transportation sector, and when she couples that with her strategic vision, she can help sticky problems get unstuck. After working on some of the most complicated infrastructure projects and policies in the Pacific Northwest, Elizabeth is encouraged to see the results of her work in roadways, bridges, and policies that actually serve people.

Elizabeth has a collaborative approach to working with teams, building trust with colleagues and executives alike. Her combination of professional drive and lightness of spirit make her the ideal person to help groups navigate their way through problems or avoid them altogether.

Kristin Sandstrom

Senior Associate

Kristin Sandstrom is passionate about the policies that impact how people live, work, and play in their communities. She brings extensive project management, strategic communications, team building, and agency coordination experience in the transportation sector. Kristin has more than a decade of experience working closely with agency leaders to advance infrastructure projects and make progress on agency priorities.

A skilled and creative problem solver, Kristin is adept at identifying ways to navigate complex issues and help clients build and strengthen partnerships to make durable decisions. She activates teams with a genuine positivity and strives to cultivate the potential in others. 

Erin Taylor

Senior Associate

Erin Taylor thrives as a connector and facilitator for cross-functional teams and community partners. Her work over two decades has supported major urban infrastructure decisions, funding and financing, for agencies across the Pacific Northwest.

When others may steer clear of “landmark decision-making,” Erin is at her best when supporting client agencies and their executives as they strive for community-informed, transformative policy and infrastructure. Having regularly delivered phased, high-intensity, integrated communications campaigns, she is a collaborative, calm leader, proudly from multiple generations of Washingtonians…and usually on the move raising the next one.
